All the exercise in the world will count for nothing if a) you don't fuel yourself correctly and b) you don't eat right. 


By "right" what I mean is, if you're trying to improve performance, you'll need to eat more and consider nutrient timing. 

If you're trying to lose weight? You'll need a personalised way of eating less without depriving yourself. 


Which is why we've teamed with with a UK Dietitian who's built a nutrition system specifically built for busy mums to make it easy for them to know what to eat, how much and when to get results without having to eat separate meals from the family. 


(You don't even have to give up social outings on the weekends!)

Average trainers think getting their clients results is all about making you exercise until drop. 


The reality is, your body needs to be able to recover from the exercise you're doing in order for you to make progress. 


Which is why we've purposefully built this into our program and help you identify easy ways to get more rest in (like for example, optimising your sleep).

Stuarts interest in fitness started as a result of playing rugby. After working in some of Scotlands leading fitness facilities for a while, Stu realised he really loved helping people reach their best through fitness. 

Over time he became specialised in helping busy parents achieve their body goals whilst upleveling their lives without letting this 'fitness thing' take over their lives. 

As a busy parent himself, Stu understands the strains and pressures on modern day life parents and adjust his programs to fit accordingly.
